Ms. Reema Prajapati is an architect and urban planner from CEPT university with over 10 years of experience. She has been involved in both architectural, planning, road design as well as research projects. She has co-founded 'SPLINE' where she leads architecture and planning projects. She also takes up private consultancy of planning projects.

Prior to SPLINE, she has a work experience of over seven years working in Centre for Excellence in Urban Transport as senior research associate where she has worked in different areas of public transport ranging from planning, designing, preparing comprehensive mobility plans and detailed project reports. Her work experience also included coordination, managing, monitoring and reporting, communication with government and funding agencies. She has been one of the core team members for planning and designing Surat Bus Rapid Transit System. Currently, with SPLINE she works on various projects including street and junction design, area based development, and parking study. She has had the experience of designing  and implementing 23kms of street design for Surat Smart City ltd. under SPLINE. She has also worked on few of her personal projects in architecture and interior. Reema is also a visiting faculty at NIRMA university. She currently leads transport projects under SPLINE and is also associated with UMTC, ITDP, etc as external consultant.

Her key interests are in the field of urban transport, urban planning and public policies which includes street design, junction design, parking studies, policy framing for transport related dynamics, urban governance, network planning and design and land-use and transport. She has successfully completed e-course on ‘Land-use and transport’ conducted by World Bank in 2017. She has been an integral part of the organising team for conferences like International BRT conference and Asia BRT conferences.
