Competition project - Hyperlocal by UNI

Hyperlocal is a competition project published by UNI with the aim to receive solutions for improving the deteriorating condition of Mumbai locals and improving safety, security and access to the city. The proposal focused on increasing capacity of the network through addition of multiple layers and proposal of Transit- Oriented development around major stations. Some core values of design included promotion of walkability, environment sustainability, socially interactive spaces, promotion of safe and clean public transport. The proposal was prepared by SPLINE team and few students of NIRMA university. The entry won the popular choice award
